A bit about us: I am a human rights advocate. My husband has a real estate management company. My husband and I are passionate travelers and love great food and wine, art, and music. I have roots in Italy, although I live in California and have people on the ground taking care of my property and checking people in. Managing this property for me is a passion. I cannot live without seeing the world. Many Casa Spello long term guests choose to live and work in our beautifully appointed units. Some have gone through the process of applying for either an Italian citizenship, if they qualify, or applying for a Soggiorno- residence visa. I have been facilitating the process for our guests. I has very good relationships with local authorities and can provide necessary documents to apply for either citizenship or long term residency.
